Keep one source. Publish with purpose.

Create shareable instructions while retaining control of the original project.

PDF guides

PDF publications can contain a cover, lessons, written instructions, screenshots, page numbers, headers, footers, and linked navigation. Choose a layout that makes the material easy to scan or print.

HTML and websites

Gradatimo is designed to produce standalone HTML guides and multi-lesson instructional websites. These can be shared as web files or hosted on infrastructure you choose.

Web publications can link readers to supporting resources. A PDF may offer links or QR codes to externally hosted material. A QR code requires an accessible destination; it cannot make a local-only attachment magically downloadable from the internet.

Animated presentations and MP4

Animated HTML presentations, optional step narration, and MP4 output are part of the stated product direction. Their release status should be checked before following workflows that depend on them.

Keep the project file

Store the original .gradatimo file and generated exports separately. You may need the editable source to correct instructions or produce a different output later.
